It is exactly what I was looking for and now I am never without it. Since then I have returned many times to purchase several more items. "I like to collect knifes so I was excited when I found PremiumKnives.com, but like everybody else I was kind of hesitant to do business with someone I had never heard of. So I decided to place a small test order with them. The test order arrived just as promised and expected, so I decided to purchase several of my Christmas gifts from them. I placed my order and within 24 hours of placement, customer service notified me that one of the items I had ordered was discontinued and they were having difficulty shipping it on time, they gave me an approximate delivery date and some unexpected news. Since the item was discontinued the price had been reduced and they were passing the savings along to me. I was thrilled, I had agreed to purchase the item at the original price and they were telling me that the price would be reduced even lower. Wow! I am a customer for life." Rob N.

"Thanks for the quick response. I will email them right away. Yes, warranty
information would be a good thing to add to your website. I'm sure there are
others out there that have misplaced the small warranty sheet that came with
their knives and I have really had a hard time finding a valid address. Even
the store where my knife was bought, couldn't furnish me with an address.
